Official Contest Rules and Regulations

• In order to qualify, new followers must clearly @mention their referrer’s handle in a tweet along with @nycdumplingfest and the text “I love dumplings”.
• The Tweet-Down to Dumpling Festival will run from Wednesday August 17th, 2011, through 12:00PM (EST) Thursday September 15th, 2011, after which all qualifying tweets will be tallied and the winner notified via DM tweet message.
• Prize Package with two tasting tickets, two tickets to see Ching’lish, two festival souvenir totes and two festival t-shirts are to be picked up on-site the day of the 3rd Annual Tang’s Natural NYC Dumpling Festival, Saturday, September 17th, 2011, at the “Will Call” area any time between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm along with a valid photo I.D.
• Winner of the contest is responsible for all transportation to and from the 3rd Annual Tang’s Natural NYC Dumpling Festival, located at Sara D. Roosevelt Park at E. Houston Street in New York City.
• Must be 16 years of age or older to win.
• Prize Package to the 3rd Annual Tang’s Natural NYC Dumpling Festival holds no cash value and is non-transferrable.
• In the event of a tie, winners will be awarded one Prize Package each, with each including 2 festival souvenir totes, two festival t-shirts, two festival tasting tickets and two tickets to see Ching’lish on Broadway.
• Winner will be notified by DM (direct message) tweet message by @nycdumplingfest and asked to provide their legal name and age within a specific time frame. If winner stops following @nycdumplingfest prior to the conclusion of the contest and cannot be reached by DM tweet message, or does not respond by the given deadline, that winner will be automatically disqualified and the next runner-up will be awarded the prize.
