8 oz Twin Marquis Stir-Fried Noodle
3 slices bacon, chopped
3 cremini mushrooms, quartered
2 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
½ small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
½ cup chicken stock
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 tsp olive oil
¼ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup heavy cream
1 tomato
Salt & Pepper to taste (approx ½ teaspoon each)
Fresh parsley, chopped
pepper ½ tsp paprika powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper powder

-Cook noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes
-Drain and set aside.
-Heat skillet and add olive oil, chopped onion, chopped garlic and stir.
-Add bacon and mushrooms.
-Stir until mushrooms are soft.
-Add chicken stock, cheddar, parmesan cheese and bring to boil.
-Add Cooked noodle, cream and boil until sauce is creamy.
-Add chopped tomato, paprika powder, cayenne pepper
powder, salt, pepper and stir.
-Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
