Our History

  • 1989

    Twin Marquis started business in a 3,000 square feet factory in NYC’s Chinatown.

  • 1992

    Twin Marquis expanded to a 22,000 square feet facility on Johnson Ave., East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

  • 2004

    Twin Marquis began renovation of a new state-of-the-art 80,000 square feet facility at 7 Bushwick Place, Brooklyn.

  • 2007

    Twin Marquis became the first Asian food manufacturer to obtain the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System approval by NQA.

  • 2011

    Green initiative: implemented use of a co-generator to capture waste energy and use it to cool and heat the facility.

  • 2016

    Twin Marquis launched a line of Ramen meal kits, with soup base and noodles in one convenient package.

  • 2018

    Twin Marquis will begin production at a new 150,000 ft² facility in Robbinsville, NJ.

For Our Community

Twin Marquis has always played an active role in the community. Each year, it pledges to contribute over $75,000 in monetary and food donations to non-profit organizations in the Asian American community, New York City, and more. Close Non-profit partners include the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Hospital, American Cancer Society, Greater Boston Chinese Golden Age Center, OCA-NY, NY Presbyterian Hospital, Chinese American Nurse Association, and Food Bank for New York City.

Food Safety

We strongly believe that taste and food safety go hand in hand. Twin Marquis became the first Asian food manufacturer to obtain the ISO 22000:2005 Certification from NQA in the United States. Today, we have also obtained the FSSC 22000 Certification (since January 2014), indicating the highest level of food safety standards in our production. Our products are OU-Certified (Kosher), and manufactured in a USDA facility to ensure food safety and quality assurance.
