    Packed with vibrant red peppers and heat, this dish is a great weeknight option. Follow our recipe for Gochujang or use your favorite store-bought version.

1. Boil noodle for 3 mins then rinse with cold water and drain.
2. Heat the oil in the pan and add garlic, onion, bell pepper and turkey.
3. Stir-fry for 1 min. and add noodle and the sauce.

4. Mix thoroughly and stir-fry for 1 mins.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds.

Gochujang paste 1 Gochujang paste

3 tbsp, Gochujang paste (Korean chili paste)
2 tbsp, oyster sauce
1 tbsp, soy sauce
1 tbsp, sugar
2 tbsp, water
2 tbsp, sesame oil
1/4 tsp, black pepper

– 10 oz. cooked turkey, thinly sliced
– 1/2 onion, sliced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
– Sesame seeds, optional
