Banana Empanada with Dumpling Wrapper
Wrap the Empanada:
1. Put 1 tbsp of bananas in a wrapper
2. Brush water around the entire outer edge of the wrapper
3. Fold into half
4. Use a fork to stamp the whole outer edge
Cook the Empanada:
1. Pour at least 1.5 inches depth of oil into the pan and heat it up.
2. When it’s ready, put the empanada into the oil until it’s golden brown.
3. Serve with Nutella and powdered sugar
