1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat for 2 minutes; enough for deep frying.
2. Reduce heat and fry the wrappers for 1 minute. Take them out and lay it on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
3. Place the first layer of wonton wrapper on a serving dish, spread with some cream cheese and top with few raspberries.
4. Add another wrapper and repeat with blueberries this time.
5. Top with another wrapper as the final layer.
6. Garnish the top of the Napoleon with raspberries and drizzled with honey.
