Fruit Tart Napoleon

1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat for 2 minutes; enough for deep frying.
2. Reduce heat and fry the Twin Marquis® wrappers for 1 minute. Take them out and lay it on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
3. Place the first layer of Twin Marquis® wonton wrapper on a serving dish, spread with some cream cheese and top with few raspberries.
4. Add another Twin Marquis® wonton wrapper and repeat with blueberries this time.
5. Top with another Twin Marquis® wonton wrapper as the final layer.
6. Garnish the top of the Napoleon with raspberries and drizzled with honey.
