– ½ 杯青豆
– ½ 杯胡蘿蔔
– ⅓ 杯高麗菜
– 1 個小洋蔥
– ⅓ 杯小玉米
– ½ 杯椰奶
– ½ 杯雞湯
– ½ 磅蝦,去殼、去內臟
– 裝飾用新鮮香菜


過程

1. 燒開水,加入綠豆煮 1 分鐘。取出並用冷水沖洗。
2. 將青豆切成兩半,胡蘿蔔、洋蔥和高麗菜切片。
3. 加熱炒鍋並塗上食用油。加入蝦,攪拌至幾乎完全煮熟,從鍋中取出並放置一旁。
4. 加入更多的油、洋蔥、胡蘿蔔、高麗菜、小玉米、青豆並攪拌。
5. 加入紅咖哩醬攪拌均勻。
6. 加入蝦子。倒入雞湯和椰奶。
7. 將真味 Twin Marquis®烏冬麵條在沸水中煮 5 分鐘,瀝乾並用冷水沖洗。
8. 拌入麵條。
9. 用鹽和胡椒調味,燉 2 分鐘。
10. 移到盤子裡,用香菜裝飾,然後上桌。
