2 湯匙蠔油
2 湯匙干型白葡萄酒(或料酒)

食材
– 8 盎司豬里脊肉,切絲
– ¼ 杯預炸豆腐,中等方塊
– ¼ 杯白菜
– ¼ 顆紅甜椒,切絲
– 2 根蔥,切成 2 英寸的小段
– 1 茶匙食用油

豬肉醃料:
– 1 茶匙醬油
– ½ 茶匙鹽
– 1 茶匙麻油
– ¼ 茶匙糖
– 一撮白胡椒
– ½ 杯 Katsuobushi(日本鰹魚片)


過程

1. 攪拌豬肉醃料,加入豬肉片。擱置 10 分鐘。
2. 將真味 Twin Marquis®烏冬麵條放入沸水中煮 1~2 分鐘,然後瀝乾。
3. 用食用油加熱煎鍋,加入豬肉。
4. 將豬肉煎至金黃色。
5. 加入炸豆腐、熟麵、蠔油、白酒攪拌均勻。
6. 加入紅辣椒、蔥、白菜。輕輕拌入麵條和醬汁。
7. 移到盤子裡,用 Katsuobushi 裝飾。
