1 包真味日式烏冬
1 湯匙植物油
400 克去皮鮭魚片
1½ 茶匙鹽
1 湯匙牛油
2 湯匙細切的洋蔥
2 湯匙清酒
300 毫升高脂奶油
2 湯匙鮭魚子


過程

1. 按照包裝上的加熱說明在熱水中燙煮烏冬麵。
2. 在一個大煎鍋中用中火加熱油。用一茶匙鹽充分調味鮭魚,每面煎約三分鐘,直到略呈棕色並稍微熟。從鍋中取出,放在吸油紙上。
3. 不用洗鍋,加熱牛油,用中火煎洋蔥直到變軟。加入剩餘的鹽和清酒,煮滾。加入奶油並攪拌均勻。將鮭魚切成一口大小的塊狀,加入奶油醬攪拌。加入烏冬麵,攪拌均勻,必要時加入少許煮烏冬麵的水。
4. 上菜時,在烏冬麵上放上鮭魚子。
