Stir-Fried Udon with Shrimp

16-20 只煮熟的蝦子
1 包真味日式烏冬
4 片生薑,切絲

1 顆洋蔥,切片
½ 個紅椒,切片
½ 個青椒,切片
2 根青蔥,切成長條
一把烤芝麻作為配料
2 湯匙食用油

裝飾芝麻

調味用:
½ 茶匙鹽
½ 茶匙糖
1 湯匙醬油
1 湯匙料酒
1 湯匙蠔油
1 茶匙老抽


過程

1. 將中鍋水燒開,將烏冬麵煮 2-3 分鐘,用冷水沖洗乾淨,瀝乾並放置一旁。
2. 用大中火在平底鍋中加熱油,將薑和大蒜炒約 30 秒至香氣四溢。
3. 加入洋蔥、青椒和紅椒,翻炒 2 分鐘,直到它們稍微變軟。
4. 倒入蝦,繼續翻炒 1-2 分鐘。
5. 加入烏冬麵,拌入自己喜歡的所有調味料,翻炒 2-3 分鐘,確保配料混勻,調味料均勻塗抹。
6. 撒上烤芝麻即可上菜享用!
