醬汁
3 湯匙醬油
1/2 茶匙醋
6 湯匙辣椒油
2 瓣大蒜,切末
2 茶匙糖
用鹽調味

可自由選用:
用蔥裝飾


過程

餛飩:
1. 每一個雲吞取用一湯匙餡料
2. 包起來並煮至熟

醬汁:
1. 混合所有食材
2. 將醬汁煮至沸騰。如果太稠的話,加水

拼合:
1. 把餛飩的水瀝乾
2. 倒入 2-3 湯匙醬汁
3. 用蔥裝飾
