1 磅醃肋排
1 包 16 盎司真味上海素麵(粗麵或幼麵)
½ 磅綠葉蔬菜(或您喜愛的蔬菜)
3 杯牛肉湯
2 湯匙食用油
可自由選用 – 蔥


過程

1. 用油加熱炒鍋/平底鍋,將肋排四面煎至金黃色。
2. 加入牛肉湯,煮滾,繼續燉 10 分鐘或完全煮熟。
3. 在一個單獨的鍋裡,把麵條燙煮一下,瀝乾並放置一旁。
4. 在肉湯鍋/鍋中加入綠葉蔬菜,煮 2 分鐘。

 

拼合:
1. 將麵條分裝在 2 個單獨的碗中。
2. 將肋排和蔬菜放在上面
3. 將肉湯倒入碗中。
4. 用蔥裝飾(可自由選用)
