Caramelized Shallot Yangchun Noodle

配料

– 1 包真味 (Twin Marquis®) 陽春麵
– 3 個蘑菇,切片;
– ½ 根黃瓜,切片;
– ½ 根紅胡蘿蔔,切片;
– 一小把香菜;
– 2 把小蔥,切碎;
– 3 顆紅蔥,切碎
– 8 片豬排; (素食者除外)
– 用芝麻調味


過程

1. 燒熱鍋,加入植物油,然後加入切碎的紅蔥和蔥(半份),炸至金黃色,倒出備用;
2. 同一個鍋,放入豬柳,煎至熟透,再煎至微焦,待涼後切條備用(素食者除外);
3. 燒開一大鍋水,放入胡蘿蔔絲和香菇絲煮約 1 分鐘,撈出用冷水沖洗乾淨,放置一旁待用;
4. 放入陽春麵,以大火煮 2 分鐘,撈出用冷水沖洗乾淨,然後放置一旁;
5. 將麵條放入一個大碗中,加入黃瓜絲、胡蘿蔔絲、花菇、豬肉絲、醬油、鹽、香油拌勻後撒上芝麻、香菜和紅蔥即可上菜。
