過程

1. 將臘腸沖洗並切成 ¼ 英寸圓柱塊。將切好的肉塊放入乾鍋或炒鍋中,中火翻炒至肉開始起泡,這表示油從臘腸中滲出。繼續攪拌直到臘腸變色,然後放置一旁。
2. 另一鍋開水,將洗淨的芥蘭放入水中,燙煮 3- 5 分鐘,然後放置一旁待涼。當芥蘭摸起來不燙手時,擠出所有多餘的水分,一段段切成一口大小。
3. 在要重新煮滾的同一鍋熱水中,放入烏冬麵使其迅速變軟。瀝乾並過濾鍋子,把麵條放置一旁。
4. 在您煮臘腸的同一個熱鍋或炒鍋裡,加入油和軟化的麵條。攪拌 5-7 分鐘,加入黑豆蒜醬、香腸、切塊芥蘭和一些蔥,同時繼續攪拌。
5. 用食物夾夾到 2 個碗中,以確保兩個碗中分配到同樣份量的麵條。加入剩下的新鮮蔥和紅蔥作為裝飾。
