3-4 湯匙植物油(分開)

8 盎司蔥,切絲

醬汁
1/2 茶匙糖
1/4 茶匙鹽(或調味)
1 湯匙熱水
2 茶匙普通醬油
2 茶匙老抽
2 湯匙蠔油(或素食蠔油)
1/2 茶匙麻油
用現磨白胡椒調味


過程

1. 在鍋中將水煮開,放入真味佛祖素麵燙煮 1-2 分鐘。立即瀝乾並放置一旁。
2. 將糖和鹽溶解在1 湯匙熱水中,加入普通醬油、老抽、蠔油、麻油和白胡椒。攪拌至拌勻。放置一旁。
3. 在炒鍋/平底鍋中加熱油。加入蘑菇和蔥,翻炒 30 秒。
4. 加入麵條並攪拌混合在一起。
5. 將準備好的醬汁均勻地塗抹在麵條上,攪拌均勻。
