- Prepare your udon noodles as per the package. After cooking quickly run them under cold water to make sure you retain the chewiness of the noodles.
- When the noodles are cool, drain completely.
- Place the noodles on top of a zaru tray. Prepare the mentsuyu according to the directions on the bottle to dilute.
- Serve with your favourite toppings by taking the cold noodles and dipping them in a cup of the mentsuyu. Be sure to slurp the noodles for authenticity.
