1 包真味 (Twin Marquis®) 日式中華麵
10 盎司牛肉,切成條狀
8 盎司高麗菜,
1 顆洋蔥,切片
1 條紅辣椒,切片
1 根蔥,切成一段段 2 英寸的細絲
用白胡椒調味
用鹽調味
4 湯匙伍斯特醬
8 湯匙燒烤醬
3 湯匙 + 水
3 湯匙 + 食用油


過程

1. 加熱平底鍋,塗上油,然後加入牛肉,用鹽和胡椒調味。翻炒牛肉至顏色變成金黃色,然後放置一旁。
2. 將同一鍋加熱並塗上油,放入洋蔥、高麗菜和甜椒,攪拌均勻
3. 在單獨的鍋中,將麵條在水中燙煮 1 分鐘,然後瀝乾。
4. 將煮熟的肉加入鍋中的蔬菜中,攪拌 。
5. 加入燒烤和伍斯特醬,以及煮熟的麵條;拌勻。
