過程

1. 將鹽醃牛肉、高麗菜、胡蘿蔔、青蔥和乳酪細切,放入碗中混合。
2. 把真味 Twin Marquis®春卷皮放置像一個鑽石一樣的姿勢,其中一個角指向您。將 3-4 湯匙的餡料放在中間。
3. 把指向您的角反折,稍微將餡料塞入。把兩邊的角向內折,稍微捲起來。
4. 使用糕點刷將打好的雞蛋刷到剩餘的一個角,並完成捲春卷的動作。重複直到用完所有的餡料。
5. 放在襯有烘焙紙的烤盤上,塗上一層薄薄的烹飪噴霧。重複上述操作直到所有餡料和春卷皮都用完。
6. 在鑄鐵鍋或油炸鍋中將油加熱至 375° F。油預熱後,慢慢加入春卷。
7. 煎 2-3 分鐘,直到春卷開始冒泡泡並變成深金黃色。
8. 與俄羅斯醬或千島醬一起搭配。
