• 10 根韭菜莖和芽,切成 2 英寸長段
• 小把綠豆芽
• 椒鹽
• 5 湯匙日本伍斯特醬


過程

1. 在一大鍋沸水中煮麵條 1 分鐘,用冷水沖洗乾淨,瀝乾並放置一旁。
2. 在大鍋或平底鍋中高溫加熱,加入油和手壓的泰國辣椒。加入胡蘿蔔,翻炒 30 秒,然後加入洋蔥,再炒 30 秒。30 秒後加入香菇翻炒 30 秒,再加入韭菜和綠豆芽。
3. 用少許鹽和胡椒調味,翻炒 30 秒。
4. 將蔬菜移至炒鍋/平底鍋的一側,將麵條放入炒鍋/平底鍋的另一側。輕輕地將蔬菜放在麵條上,然後將麵條移到炒鍋/平底鍋的中間,這樣就可以煮麵條,但不會煮到蔬菜。觀看《Yum Chat》第四集,看看實際怎麼做。
